None of us here are at the negotiating table. We will have to wait and see. I know SSC has a couple of insiders, but I doubt they are at the table with Silverstein.
I guess if we are speculating, I'd like some sort of news by mid summer, and the tower rising in early 2016 for a 2019 opening.
