Looking good. I can't say I've been following any construction in Vietnam, but will now. What is the other building under construction in the background?

EDIT: Nevermind. I found its other thread.The Bitexco Financial Tower I see...

EDIT2: And are those steel pillars in the basement? Some form of earthquake vibration mitigation?
