its one good thing about surrey we get a nice view when we get near the bridge

it would be nice to see surrey go through with there south westminster rebuild plan
cause that area would have such nice views cross the water looking at new west and in the distance burnaby

A different angle of the western half of Metrotown and Joyce, the one station the city of Vancouver has developed properly.

Picture is my own.

I always wonder when the City of Burnaby is going to plow Central Boulevard through to Patterson Station.
The road allowance for the new projects to the west allow for it - it's just the one lowrise shown that would
be very close to the roadway if it were done (but I don't think it would require demolition of the lowrise).

As with UBC i had to entertain my friends from Japan so i took them out to Harrison Hot Springs (this is the benefit of owning a car ) Again we had pretty good weather and it is always a nice place to visit.

Langley needs more malls and parking lots. Where the heck am I supposed to shop if I need a can opener? Don't expect me to drive more than 30 seconds, that is ridiculous!

i doubt that will happen

the old downtown is kinda cute and not too bad with lots of apartments

its amazing how much 200th has changed in the last 5 years - years ago you drove in from hwy #1 and there was nothing till u hit where the home depot is

not its townhouses, shops, office parks etc

not pretty but insanely built up

the housing is just crazy

Here are some pics i took today from the civic center in Maple Ridge, which actually has a really nice town hall, library, leisure center and performing arts theater all located next door to Maple Ridge's main transit depot and largest shopping center.

All are my own pics.

Cheers!

^ Nice pics. I especially like the last one because it shows the aspects of everyday life in Maple Ridge...
