The person who handed me the slides mentioned that there are some hurdles to meeting these dates but that's the desired schedule in any case.

I can imagine workers pondering. "These nerds won't stop asking when the spires being added!" "Here give them this it will make them stay away for good."

Ha! I see a track for the window washing crane. That's a first since the building is so wide that a single boom wouldn't be able to extend to all four sides. Cool stuff!

That's the one about playing mind games with the folks on the Skyscraper Page forum.

So should things stay on schedule...

We'll reach 996 feet by July 10th, and will officially have Philadelphia's and Pennsylvania's first Supertall Tower and well as the new tallest building for both respectively, topping the current tallest Comcast Center at 975 feet tall.

We'll reach 1,121 feet by August 10th, and reach the official topping out of the building.

From the webcam it looks like they're working on installing windows on two floors at the same time. It looks like they'll spray the fireproofing on after the windows, similar to what was done around floors 42 and 43 after the crane was removed in that area.

That's awesome! No more speculating about how long it's going to take to get things done.

Confirmed they installed at least one floor of glass today on the East side. Well almost anyway, looks like 2 or 3 windows left on the North East end.

Fireproofing was starting to get on all of the surrounding buildings, and it was costing LPT a fortune to have it cleaned off of buildings... this is probably why they're spraying fireproofing after window installation going forward.

It’s amazing, with the speed they’re suddenly wrapping this you’d think the building was about to get lucky. Looking at the webcam now you can see the windows are stacked & ready for floors 10-12, though it looks like they’ll need to add more vertical façade supports to go above floor 11 unless they can erect those after the windows are placed?

Driving in to town this morning on the Vine Street Expressway:

Hanging around 17th & JFK around 9am this morning watching them install the windows on the 10th floor of the south face. We're moving along:

This is just turning out beautifully, you can see the new row moving west to east:

I don't know why, but I really noticed how far the lobby has come along today:
