A bit over a year after groundbreaking the basement levels are being finished up and construction is reaching sidewalk level.

Currently pouring last columns of garage levels. Above these will be 2 amenity levels and above that will be 12 office floors .

The west side of the land has been surface parking for decades. A few buildings had existed there in the past but nothing significant that I know of. You can see a small 1 story building here in the 50s or 60s.

The East side of the lot had a unique 4 floor Googie building for many years, but it had been torn down in 2009.

No buildings were torn down to make way for Frost.

Frost has topped out its floors. Still will get a bit taller due to a small crown which will also act as mechanical shielding. Concrete pouring is essentially complete.
