If youve been in the work force for a while you easily start a new job with 3 -4 weeks.

Most places offer a bunch of sick days and personal days on top of that.

Theres alot of "working from home" going on as well.

Heres the thing....if you can negotiate a higher salary that can offset unpaid days off...then it doesnt matter.
