Is the streetscaping actually included in the project or hypothetical? Looks pretty fancy compared to the current state of that block.

I'm not sure if this building in Calgary's Chinatown qualifies as a highrise. Nonetheless, this is an excellent photograph taken and posted by Bigtime in the Calgary Construction thread:

Jules-Dallaire Complex

The second tower is about to start
29 storey, ~110m , Mixed-use (office + residential units).
It will be the second tallest building in Quebec City.

Once completed, they will add 6 floors to the first tower.
19 + 6 = 25 storey, ~100m, fourth tallest in Quebec City.

That tower in Regina looks really bulky, I guess there should be no doubt, it's gonna fill some gaps in a hurry.

Excellent Lightening and Thunder shots! - That's crazy.

This is a 24 story residential tower under construction on the fringes of downtown London, called "The Crown On King". There will be a 21 story twin as well.

Pics by me.

Good to see tower 2 is now above grade. Last time I was there, it was still below grade. They are nice looking buildings but I wish they kept the vertical fins on the tower, it gave it more character.

But they were probably trying to save as much money as possible.
