I think you got the two mixed up. The second one blocks the core, while the first one doesn't. Still minimizes the core though. I think the issue is less with 10 York and more with 90 Harbour even though the former is taller.

Too bad L isn't 250m instead of 205.

Wow, this is a beautiful building. Can't wait till they add glass to that curve. It looks almost unstable with the cement like that! The glass will give it a curve, and really make this building amazing.

curtianwall hangs off the frame of the building. - its usually used on Office Towers and high end hotels & condos.

Window wall is glass installed in mullion framing withing the structure of the building.
