^ Yes thanks for bumping it and thanks for the photos!..The scenery really reminds me of North Eastern Ontario..Can only imagine what kind of monster Northern Pike and Walleye are lurking in some of those waterways along that lonely road.

Quite an interesting thread. It looks like if they extended the road another 100 miles or so it would reach Schefferville which is at the Labrador border and connections to Labrador.

Bold adventure! Some of the black-and-white photos really emphasize the isolation of the place. I can imagine that parts of this trip and some of the views were pure exhilaration
