DENVER | Residences at the Gardens | 175 FT | 16 FLOORS | PROPOSED

Over at Cheesman Park, MGL partners submitted a building permit application to develop a 16-story tower (wrapped around by a 4-story building) with 116 independent / assisted living units. Construction is expected to begin late spring 2013. It's been many decades since a new tower has been built on the Cheesman Park skyline so this will be a nice refreshing change over in that area.

Here are couple renderings from http://www.denver-cityscape.com
