It looks like we have two different ideas going on at once with that glass. Like it could look like the pattern on the left, or the one on most of the visible building. I'm not sure if I like that very much.

It's coming along. Summer 2018 seems doable.

Apologies if this has already been answered but do we know which building would be going up next after this one?

My assumption is the low hanging fruit in the apartment building that's supposed to go along Lancaster Ave, but I don't think anything has been officially confirmed. If they get more office tenants, one of the office buildings would obviously come before that, but in lieu of that, the retail/housing makes the most sense.

I believe the plan is to next move to uOne City Square (which will be lab space and officers). It is already seeking leases.

It is right by but not directly adjacent to Lancaster. The 3700 Lancaster building will be.

The tower crane here came down between April 15 (cab&boom) and April 21 (the tower).

The pic is being taken from powelton side looking towards market across the currently empty field of the old hs that will soon be u city square. Empty field combined with mid or low glass high rise def gives the impression of a smaller midwestern city. With all the projects coming to u city in the next 10-20 years, this pic would make for a great “before” shot.

Looks complete to me! Love your first photo - looks like San Fran.

Moving the thread now to the Completed Projects Archive.
