^^^

Very good! I've been waiting for a photo like that. But I hope someone can take the same photo during the afternoon when the sun is shining bright so we can see more details.

Crappy cell phone shot from Lincoln Park this afternoon. Looking more like the LA skyline.

I love the depth in that fascade. Infinitely more interesting than the typical wall of glass. And when looking at this building, one actually sees a building, not just wavy reflections of other wavily reflecting buildings.

The core must be somewhere near the 60th floor at the very top...I was wondering the same myself.

The top of the forms is at floor 61. So 5 more form rises (to account for the 4 story mechanical penthouse.

The last rise took 7 days, whereas before, they were averaging a rise every 3.5 days. So, kinda hard to predict when the top-off is, but 11/12 is probably a good pick.

A real contender for facade of the year. All of that exterior expressed aluminum doesn't come cheap, as it will undoubtedly have a 3 or 4 coat paint system.

This is shaping up to be a very pleasant surprise. I have to admit initially I didn't think this tower was all that unique or special based on the renderings. But as it's coming together, it is obvious this is not some boring, generic rehash. The windows and the facade treatment are meticulously detailed and world class. Will reserve final judgement until when it is 100% completed, but I think this has the potential to be the new crown jewel of the West Coast!

I was just saying this morning around 12:45am as we headed back home and rounding hospital curve on the 101 towards the Bay Bridge, the way its lit at night, SF tower looked a lot like US Bank Tower in LA-so imposing and prominent. #love
