I don't see Koops getting upset that you're such a negative member here so maybe you should let him be the positive person he is in piece? Maybe you should do some diagrams.......

Rosedal on Bloor Quick Demolition Update

I took this photo quickly off my cell phone...so apologies for the grainy and blury nature of the photo..which was taken about 5 says ago.

Demolition is occuring on Rosedale on Bloor (#42 179 metres, 587 feet)
, I didn't realize until the last month that the site was on Bloor....here...you can see the geen demo signs and the more bare side of the office building soon to be torn down if not already torn down by now:

Koops, once again, was passively aggressively shoving his opinion down our collective throats and I simply responded in kind. Just because you agree with his opinion doesn't mean you should be ignorant of what he does. It just makes you look stupid.

I'm an Agnostic. Not sure what that has to do with your idolization of skyline changers. You claim to not be interest in design or planning and, yet, you're always they to submit your reasoning when someone find fault in a tall tower proposal.

My mother didn't raise no fool. There's only one reason to bring up the dark/light colour blocks on the LCBO towers and that was to, once again, discredit my vile and contempt I have for YC. (like I can't make a rational decision on how the tower will end up looking) Go through the posts. I've disagreed but, I've been respectful to other opinions unlike you.

Yes, I'll admit it... I brought up the black and white thing for some reason other than simply being respectful... sorry about that. I'll try to keep my posts more to the point in the future.

I keep forgetting that we're all just expressing our opinions, and each of us is entitled to that... I can live with you not liking YC...

Now, now, do we need another quick cell-phone pic to get this thread back on track?

So this one is still lurking around it seems. It's being sent to the OMB for an appeal according to ut.

If they are going to the OMB, it should be added back to the list.

It will be added once it's confirmed that your conclusions are on the ball. The OMB link doesn't say anything. There's no date. This could be an appeal from two years ago. It doesn't say what has been appealed either.

You're right Caltrane, this is still a proprosal no matter what stage of the game it's at.

It is listed as a proposal. It just not listed as being recently active.

Looks like Cresford have acquired 27-37 Yorkville Avenue from Kingsett - which spells doom for the proposed massive Yorkville Square complex

Well, they were Kingsett short term growth funds. Actually developing property is not in their interests. Mr. Cresford is probably involved in Kingsett anyways given his background and Cresford seemingly always being the purchaser.

Well those units will probably start at 3 million if its that short.

With roof heights for this area could still end up being between 170 meters and 185.
