The best thing in this render is the park that will probably never happen. MAybe it will look better with the Office phase but by itself it's boring.

The park has nothing to do with 1 Yonge - it's part of the LCBO lands project

The park is section 37 money from surrounding projects.

If one thing is for sure, its the park.

The park property is provincial property. They will either keep it or gift it to the city. No section 37 funds required to acquire in either case.

Someone was having fun drawing up a 15 storey fountain.

Looks really good, just need some decent renderings. And a confirmed hight

66 floors in Yorkville - should get it into the 240 meter to 250 meter range.

Not appropriately massed for the area. Should have a finer grained podium with setbacks.

The podium is still too large and you still have the interconnected towers. One half being made taller and the other half now being shorter is not an improvement. Superficially, the podium looks better. The towers don't.

Looks good to me. Is it one tower or to point towers? At one angle it looks like just one the has a set back half way up. Are there any blueprints?

This one looks good. Don't understand the need to complain.

There are so many terrible proposals for Toronto right now, this is not one of them.

I'm liking the tower portions of 33 Yorkville. Podium looks as though it'll be another glass wall depriving any life of the street.

^^^ It's already a parking garage... nothing is being deprived.

It's actually 1 single tower, because the shorter tower is joined to the taller tower all the way up.

Time for a new drawing.

Didn't know that, well then thats certainly an improvement but it could be better still.

I still like the proposal overall.

It looks like a better version of Four Seasons...which had more glass fall fro the 19th floor recently.

Podium looks like it has wallpaper slapped on it....bleugh. The tower's fine I'd say overall.
