Reminds me a lot of older US cities like Boston or Philadelphia or Baltimore (but not NYC) where high rise buildings are mixed in with the older historic areas. You don't see much of that in Europe.

Very nice shots again, BEAT42! Thanks for sharing.

I like the views of The Hague you´ve captured. Although I´ve never been there, I realize it´s a very modern city and it´s worth to visit it.

Congrats and greetings from Madrid, Spain!

Yes indeed. The Hague Skyline is one of a kind in the Netherlands. It is a really
nice cluster.
If you want to have a nice day, it is less expensive than Amsterdam for instance. By the way the chance to meet friendly local people is bigger in Rotterdam or The Hague than in Amsterdam.

Nice pictures for one hour's time ! I like most of the taller buildings, as well as the old ones. Something seems a bit off and alienating though at street level, perhaps the weather was cold ?

it looks pretty awesome to me. does not remind me of any american city either.

i love the big open plaza and the beautiful bldgs lining it. thats a big city feature i always envy about europe, i like big plazas and they really know how to do plazas (central and south america does too).

Certainly a place we don't see much of around here - The Hague looks wonderful. I like that grey/red cluster of vaguely 1930s-looking skyscrapers.

Looks to have a totally different feel than the other two big cities, and it should being that it's a center of government, and thus looks more planned, sophisticated, and subdued. Very interesting and beautiful city.

This has been an education. By the looks of it, The hague knows how to build modern skyline.
