I guess he was an actor or something... Either that, or the photographer waited there a long time to get his perfect shot. It could also be pure coincidence, if so that's a good one. This building is hideous. No way the municipal by-laws would allow that nowadays.

Reminds me of a handsome old 60s bank building that some jackass workwear company in Winnipeg bought and painted a similar shade of mustard yellow a couple of years ago. It drives me nuts. I seriously need to look into whether there are similar bylaws in this town.
