The only states I haven't visited yet are Maine and New Hampshire, and I'd like to get to both some day.

Mexican states I have been to are Sinaloa, Baja California Sur, Jalisco, Mexico and the Distrito Federal.

Canadian Provinces I have been to are British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.

Countries: South Korea, Japan, England, Scotland, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Netherlands, Spain & Ireland.

I'm looking forward to eventually visiting Australia, New Zealand, the Scandinavian countries, Greece and Turkey. Maybe exploring some of Africa as well!

Not counting layovers..

Not counting layovers or just driving through the state, I count 21 states in which I've actually spent a day or two (or in some cases many, many more). I have heavily sampled the east coast and the midwest, and have been to California and Washington, but haven't been to most of the south or Southeast (except Texas and North Carolina), Hawaii, Alaska or the great plains. I really want to make it out to Yellowstone and the Rocky Mountains some day.

I've also been to two foreign countries (not counting a layover in Toronto).

I've been to 44 states and only need Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Kansas. I had planned to hit all 50 before I turned 50 and had 42 of them at the time. But, I hope to knock these last 6 out in the next year or so.

I've also been to 16 foreign countries and I'm ready to do some more overseas traveling.

22/50 and to what extent I've been to the states. ('Explored extensively' means I've driven/stayed around a number of locations in a state or region of a state).

Texas - San Antonio

Maine - Explored extensively

Pennsylvania - Layover at PHL
Virginia/DC - Washington, Arlington National Cemetery
Florida - Orlando; Florida Keys

Alaska - Juneau, Skagway, Tracy Arm Fjord
Hawaii - Maui extensively

I was curious about which large cities and capitals I been to so I listed them.
