I just counted, 12.

CA is the big state I know the most of. I spent like 6 weeks in all over there.
Not so much in NY.

That's still a lot to visit anyway.

As a kid my family's always been big on road trips, so from Vancouver I've been to 7:

Washington
Oregon
California
Idaho
Utah
Nevada
Hawaii

Now that I'm in Winnipeg hoping to make it to North Dakota and Minnesota in the near future.

Same #. The closest to me that I'm missing is New Jersey. I've seen Nebraska, Washington and Montana but from a couple of km away but never been there. Favourites are probably VT, NH, ME and OR and least favourite is probably FL.

Been to every state except Alaska, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Vermont. I do a lot of road tripping between LA and Rochester, NY for college where I checked the majority of the states doing so.

Road tripping is the best way to see a state. Sure I may not spend much time in some of them but i'll be back for sure for some of them.

I've also traveled to 5 countries abroad: Canada, France, Luxembourg, Mexico, Peru and the UK.

Counting ones with connecting flights...20. Of those probably only about ten really count as having been there and seen something.
