Whichever one you prefer. Not even sure if the city would designate an area downtown for gambling though.
I would love to see some new casinos built along an undeveloped stretch of the river. Perhaps as an extension of the "urban" section of the riverwalk which is lined with restaurants/shops/hotels/etc. And instead of seeing mega-huge casinos along the river, perhaps just a lot of small but intricate and highly detailed and stylized casinos under some hotels that aren't all glass and steel, but instead made of masonry and look historic (ala monte carlo, etc). That would be unique, something only San Antonio could boast about.

I think something like the Venetian would look great on the Riverwalk, partly because we already have a waterway and it would look more authentic.
