Well, the original wasn't made to sustain substantial commercial conditions. This being said, unless it would be built as a monument structure like the Statue of Liberty, it would be hundreds of millions more. This considers how much it is to wire it, give it adequate light and heat it without taking away from it's classic look. It would most likely be used for commercial purposes if it was rebuilt, considering that nowadays, people consider economic boom. In the long run, it's probably over a billion, and it will be a waste, IMO. I'd go more into detail, but i'm wayyyyy off topic, and don't want to anger people,sorry about that.
Anyways, 1 wtc would still probably cost more.
