Residential towers with 9' ceilings are generally 3.1m between floors.
3.1m X 24floors = 74m + a 6m mech penthouse = 80m.
You can safely go with 80m in height now.

Yes. The second, shorter tower will be about 71m.
Also: the Harriston will be about 80 - 83m.
The Renaissance towers should be re-drawn. The posted renderings are fairly inaccurate. Check your PM's for details.
Other buildings at 50+ metres not included in the SSP diagram include:
- London Towers South (65m)
- 520 Talbot (60m)
- 155 Kent (48m)
- 190 Cherryhill Circle (62m)
- Victoria Hospital (approx. 65m) (that would be one hell of a drawing, viewed from Commissioner's Rd: 185m wide, 65m tall, 3 towers)
