I finally found some updated pictures of the Toronto International Film Festival Tower.
This project is flying totally under radar.... (which is not a bad thing)

^Those are going to be some amazing buildings when they're finished. The model defintely outdoes the render when usually the reverse is true.

That building is going to be a beauty. If this a spire on top and was any taller it would be even more sexier.

Residence of College Park is far bulkier with 660 units (why Toronto will never compete with Vancouver for most highrises per capita ... ours are just too big)

Yah here in Vancouver a building of 250 units or more would be considered very large.

^not yet as there is no indication that these towers have started construction. And, if Absolute is one entry shouldn't Sky Towers be as well which would keep Montreal on the board?

This list would look better and make more sense with the top ten added as a reference
