Wow that's beautiful. Even the lampposts look amazing. What happened here? Fire? Earthquake?

^ Oh man, that was gorgeous! Though I must admit, I am warming to this Park Fifth tower. Should be 20 stories taller, though, at that location.

The facade was modernized, the ornamentation was removed. Eventually it got demolished for a parking lot.

So, park 5th broke ground today, and 1133 will be breaking ground on Monday. And pretty soon I'll have to remove the Wilshire Grand from the front page..

What tower could possibly be next?

Hazen, LA gateway, Fig+Pico, or Times Mirror Square. They're all so good.

Edit: Ten50 and Vibiana have been removed from the front page due to completion. If there's any others that are currently finished that I missed let me know. 1133 was also missing from the front page so I went and added it. There was a proposed tower a few weeks ago that I wasn't able to add. Does anyone know which one it was?

Remove Da Vinci, G12, Megatoys, and 2nd and San Pedro.

And Atlier opens March 25th

All those would be nice, but I think the single most important project for DTLA would be SoLA Village. We need development to hop across the I-10 and 110!

BTW, shouldn't the projects in City West, Chinatown and Expo Park be included in the front page? Noticed SoLA Village wasn't on there. DTLA does encompass all those areas according to DCBID

I know LA just got its new tallest last September, but can we have another one please? Preferably a 1300'-1500' on Bunker Hill with a massive spire? (this time in the middle and not on the side like Wilshire Grand) 😉

OK, then why did you take it upon itself to volunteer to head it then? Two of the biggest projects, bigger that Wilshire grand imo, are planned for that area, and you don't have 30 seconds to at least copy and paste the info to the front page?

Mojeda, the proposed section is missing the City Lights Tower, 1335 S Grand, 5th and Hill Tower, 7th and Maple, and the Flower Market Building.

Also are any of the Arts District's buildings along with Westlake, Chinatown, and Ktown going to be added here or to Metro at some point? I know there is a grey area between whether these are DTLA or not, but I would personally like to see them somewhere. (Nevermind just saw someone posted about the former three, but what about Ktown?)

Mojeda,

You're also missing a bunch of the A+D developments. 6AM, Mesquite, Carmel, etc etc

Ktown definitely is not part of DTLA. We should use the areas defined by the DCBID as DTLA, which is roughly 6sq/miles
