I wish tower 3 would get a redesign. While I am looking forward to seeing it rise(whenever that is)
it seems to rough to be at the site.

Tower 3 did get a redesign, the cross-bracing was removed, and it was shortened by about 100 feet.

I always thought that was a terrible idea to shorten it. At it's original height of 1,255 ft (to the tip of the spires), it somewhat resembled the South Tower in the skyline. Some may disagree, but this rendering sure makes it look like the Twins (to a degree).

It could be the fact the the skyline has new taller buildings in the mix around the Trade Center than stood there before.......dont forget what's been built there since 9/11. GS, 7WTC, W, Beekman,Barclay, 4WTC
