man, streetviewing around this area is depressing. like good density but so little happening on the streets, need to do a lot more with future developments to bring in the retail or it'll just end up being a hood that people drive through and in/out of, rather than an area where people spend time. a shame.

This area I believe will become part of the Don Lands and Pan Am Games. Expect massive development and construction here over the next 2-3 years.

What is going on? The relocation of threads makes absolutely no sense. I think this one has even registered yet it remains. Others clearly still under construction have been moved to the archive.

Unlike other cities with just 5-10 projects underway, there are literally hundreds of high-rise projects underway in Toronto. No way moderators an even keep up with it. There are a tonne of projects underway we don't even have threads for, god forbid we create them. lol!
