Myrtle Beach construction including 24 floor tower

Hilton Grand Vacations Club - 24 floors

Located in downtown Myrtle Beach at N Ocean Blvd and 15 Ave N.

Landmark Builders has started construction on the new Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Myrtle Beach, SC. This project is the tallest high rise under construction along the Mid Atlantic Coastline. The 24 story, 308,000 square foot oceanfront resort will feature 220 luxury residential units, a dramatic 200 foot sky-lit atrium, a fitness center, two full-service bars and multiple pools with direct access to the Myrtle Beach coastline. Resort parking is provided in the 5-story parking facility of approximately 155,000 square feet. The construction of the Hilton Grand Vacations Club began in October 2013, and will be complete May 2015. Strand Capital of Myrtle Beach, SC is the owner/developer of this project. The project architect is Garvin Design Group in conjunction with tag Architecture.

I also came across another tower under construction around 2600 South Ocean Blvs down closer to the airport. Appears to be around 18 floors.
