Didn't really think of this one having a skyline impact, but it's going up in what is otherwise a very sparse area. The taller building proposed for the corner of Brunswick and Cogswell will have a big impact from some angles.

It's zoned for a 7.50 FAR, but I think it might be affected by the Citadel view planes

There is a view plane over the top. It cuts this block in half.
