the coast hotel is well underway. i walked by yesterday and was surprised that they had excavated the site about half way down already.

jameson house is definitely u/c now too. they are demolishing one of the buildings on site.

yaletown park should be taken off the list. all three buildings are occupied.

it looks as if the rendering for Espana has changed quite drastically. go to their website to check it out. i definately prefer it over the old one's clear glass and white/light blue/grey paint. though i guess any change would have been an improvement to the dullness that it was.

The Coast Hotel is at 1180 West Hastings Street

The Espana website renderings are old and the model that is shown in this thread is what was approved to be built.
