So Construction will be done summer 2014 officially. Didn't an official number of sales, but the board showing all the phase 1 units gave me the impression that at least 75% of units were sold. The their hot sellers were one room condos, not as much studios, for a young clientelle.
Phase two sales, from what i understood, will begin early 4th semester of this year! I tried to get information on the Phase 2, but I only got an estimate of the completion date which would be September/October 2015.

I don't have high hopes for phase 2 actually, with the market now completely cooled down, I think future phases will have to be cut, reduced in size or turned into rentals.
