I drove by it a few weeks ago and the board on there said something about a rezoning application: 3 condo buildings (14-15 fl max) with retail space at ground level.
Its only the Tireland site, it does not butt up against the BW - the car lot that is there remains as is for the time being and isn't tied into Edgar's Development.
I love this project. I love how it takes the angle of the streets and there's no stupid setbacks or little parketts stuck in. Nice solid looking building. Very welcome change from the ubiquitous tower/podium

What's going on beside it at 225 kingsway?
Agreed. I can't think of a more fitting project for the area.
