I might have missed it, but what is going on at the old Canadian Tire site along Kingsway? I didn't know they have closed down (probably some time ago already).

I drove by it a few weeks ago and the board on there said something about a rezoning application: 3 condo buildings (14-15 fl max) with retail space at ground level.

I love this project. I love how it takes the angle of the streets and there's no stupid setbacks or little parketts stuck in. Nice solid looking building. Very welcome change from the ubiquitous tower/podium

What's going on beside it at 225 kingsway?
