How long has this been under construction? It's seems like it's taking ages. I know this building caught on fire and was delayed because of monetary isues but what exactly happened?

This horrible cluster of towers shows what happens when every tower is designed as a "look at me!" building.

^ You're being excessively harsh, Guilty. The 3 towers on the left of the picture above are cool, especially the twins.

Ok? It does look better than fair on that shot at dusk. I only wonder about the feet of the buildings. Are they open enough to strollers? Any 'Apple Store' or random easy pop shit there? That's my only concern about it.

It does look better in that picture you posted and I like the twins. Actually, a lot of buildings on their own are not bad, it is just that the whole area together in a garbled mess.

The cluster is actually neat, although there seems to be little to no street life . . . granted the district still seems heavily u/c.

These towers are awesome, it is much better than a bunch of boring boxes in my opinion. You can never have too many good looking towers.

Looks like some of the lower floors are occupied during construction.

do you really, honestly expect there to be streetlife where there is only a office park? comom you guys who always say this, just think about it. its not NY or Chicago with a established population to go along with it already in place. who designs a office park to have a streetlife anyhow? it doesn't even make sense to try.

Such a long time coming for this one. Glad to see it finally take shape. Though it would have been cool with the spire...
