Progress continuing on the underground parking level.

Excavation to the south of the building under construction is well underway. I don't recall off the top of my head without looking up this thread what the other buildings are on this site, but they are starting them anyway.

They were still pouring concrete today for walls on underground parking level. Forming well underway to prepare for the ground level concrete pour.

2nd floor wall pours happening today. Suspect it will be about 2 weeks per floor. 14 weeks from now should have the 7 floors done and work on the mechanical penthouse underway.

7th floor approved and the townhouses removed from the project. L1 level foundation and walls started on the south building. 2nd floor walls continuing on the the north building.

I was trying to find more info on this project. I came across this article on Rise Real Estate who bought the development, which isn't great. Does anyone know how reputable Rise Real Estate is?

Now forming the mechanical penthouse on north building and windows now being installed on 3rd floor. Walls for 1st floor on south building continuing.

North building should be topped out within 2 weeks and concrete crew will likely join the south building crew. Progress should improve.

Is there a third building at the very south end of this property going up right now? Just happened to glance over and saw some construction right beside the last house before the construction site, didn't look like it was connected to the building beside the one that just reached its 7th floor.
