The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan Control application for the development of a new truck transport terminal including a one-storey warehouse with 44 loading bays, 36 surface loading spaces, and 28 employee surface parking spaces. Roadway Modifications may be required.

This isn't any existing news but that area of stlaurent is getting really industrialized. This is a pretty big project to add to the area. I wonder which company it will be.
With OC Transpo garage near by and the new LRT and Pepsi etc. This area is getting busy with heavy commercial vehicles.
