Université de Montréal is investing 470 Millions dollars in a new cutting edge medical research center. Research will be mainly around cancer and infectious deseases.

Construction: 2010 ( U/C )
Completion: 2014

I know they have demolished a lot of buildings along that part of St-Denis already to make way for it. I'm not sure what their progress is though.

I had no idea it was going to be so nice. And its somehow got forgotten by the skyscraper enthusiasts in the midst of all these "super talls" out on Rene-Levesque...


I reckon the height to be at 80 meters?

thanks a lot for these and the updates to the other threads!

this is going to look really impressive once the CHUM proper goes up as well. plus from the bridge they will partially hide the hydro qc and complexe desjardins - an added bonus in my book.
