Related Group Gets TCO For 382-Unit Millecento Residences In Brickell

On schedule, Related Group has obtained a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the 382-unit Millecento Residences and will begin closings within three weeks.
‘We are fine tuning the common areas, hanging all the art we are known for and putting the finishing touches to our second project completed in Brickell during this new cycle,’ Related Group Condo Division President Carlos Ross said.
Related completed construction of the nearby 184-unit myBrickell project about a year ago.
Millecento Residences was designed by architect Carlos Ott. A tenant for Millecento’s ground floor retail on South Miami Avenue is expected to be announced soon.
