The Landmark Tower, still the highest building in Japan.
An impressive, massive structure, close to 300 meters high, that is the centerpiece of the Minato Mirai 21 district.
It also offers the best views of the area.

It's one of my favourite skyscrapers in Japan and in the world. I first saw it in 2009 and saw it again this year, its 20th anniversary. The tapered curves, facets and horizontal bands of windows give it a unique look.
