Dubai waterfront I think but it mightn't even be decided. I've a feeling this isn't a real project.

As much as I dislike a lot of dubai's proposals, I must say this one is definitely an eye catcher.

Yeah, good design. And the bridge connecting it to mainland is orgasmic. If you look at it closely.

i like the first render... but like someone said, it has a bit of CS on it... and i dont like the top... but the first render looks pretty neat...
definitely one to keep the eye on it...

This is one I'd have to see in person to appreciate. I just can't get myself to like this architecture. It's too 'out there' for me.

very nice,the sleek desighn is much different from alot of the balcony and metalic details soaked into buildings we usaully see in dubia,and the elegant flowing form is an eyecatcher.
