New proposal for the small office building on Sackville Drive at Hillcrest Avenue across from Gates of Heaven Cemetery.

"Proposal

The applicant wishes to construct a mixed-use building. The major aspects of the proposal are as follows:

Two towers at 13 and 14 storeys (~42.7m) on a shared podium
Two (2) levels of underground parking with 276 parking spaces and a surface parking lot located at the rear of the lot with 46 spaces.
294 residential units and 1,445m2 of commercial space
Vehicular access off Hillcrest Drive and Sackville Drive"

Wow, thats big. And in a logical location. It would stand out for decades given the large cemetery across the street.

Though I cant take it seriously yet when there is such a simple error on the first line of the rationale. Doesnt someone proof these things?
(Sackville Street is downtown, Sackville Drive is well known..)

Last I checked a likely devolping landowners owned from this area all the way to the transit terminal, so hopefully a logical connection would be planned there.
