The crane employed with this project is a Conrad Wolff 180-B. 'Looks impressive in person!

Don't mind my inexperience with these kinds of things. But about how tall will the crane be when completely assembled?

Some shots from this morning. I just have my phone camera so no wide angle that could capture the whole thing. It looks like it is well over 20 storeys and will have to go much higher as the building rises.

Haha I snapped some from my car from a distance this morning, but yours definitely trump mine Stormer.

From a distance...about 8:30am.


From atop the Sears Cornwall parkade, you can see the crane peeking behind FCC building...



These photos were taken about 5 minutes apart. Crazy how much brighter the sky got in that time.

I don't envy the operator who has to climb up to the cab in this weather. especially when it is windy.
