I agree that it's not a very sophisticated design. It's something you'd expect to see in the suburbs or some provincial city. I'm glad that they're building some lower end units downtown, but they really need to make sure that the architecture doesn't suffer.

I think these condos are actually the upper end of the mid-priced units available downtown. Not exactly cheap and high build quality.

Success 1 is probably one of the nicest towers on the waterfront.
So glad success 2 is being built to fill in the gap.

ICE I and ICE II, will also make it very nice down there. However these tower are good infill until those bad boys rise from the shore.

I hate to say it, but Toronto seems to have even madder love for teal coloured glass...moreso than Claridge does here in Ottawa...hehehe...

success 1 and 2 have some of the better looking green glass in the city. i don't mind it

Yeah, but even though it's a teal glass covered skyline, at least it's all tall and getting denser all the time...
