They're all derogatory terms for lower-class folk.
Outaouais people are also sometimes derided as "mâcheux de gomme et lanceux(rs) de caillou" (people who chew gum and throw pebbles).
Other terms for people from various regions of Quebec (not necessarily derogatory, though some people are uncomfortable with them):
Bleuets (bluberries): people from Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean
Jarrets noirs (jarret = back of the knee): people from the Beauce
Mangeux/mangeurs de morue (cod eaters): people from Gaspésie
Atlantic Canada actually has some of these:
Bluenosers: people from Nova Scotia
Herring Chokers: people from New Brunswick
Spud Islanders/Bud the Spud: people from PEI
