If there is something unique about the Vancouver style, maybe something that perhaps happens elsewhere. There is no problem to make a thread and share.

If possible I would wish this thread and the top 10 thread to merge into one thread. That way, there are only 2 height centric threads.

Yes... Make a Top 50 U/C thread, to go along with the Top 50 Proposals thread...

The Kengo Kuma proposal is a bad example. It has received as much attention in the Canadian section as just about any non-supertall in the Top 50 proposal thread.

There are plenty of exceptional designs in our cities that get little to no attention. It's not because of the tallest threads. Few care about continuing to discuss development once in the Canadian section whether its a mass market high rise or an innovative boutique design that falls short of the list no matter how long you make it.

The balconies are the only hope of saving this one.

The cladding is terrible.

There are other comparisons you can make to a weed as well. I have to see that eyesore every time I go outside for lunch at work! Don't really mind Karma next door either and this will block it from several vantage points.

If you like the balconies on Lago, then you're in luck... if not, you're not going to be very impressed by the end result here. But hey! It's tall! Almost 200 metres!

Will make Aura less lonely in the skyline too.
