Im feeling this design! I hope the building to the east gets a reno/vertical expansion. The density in this area is going to start rivalling the College Park area.

I really like this one and how it presents the park to the city through the articulation of the design.

Itd be nice to see some restaurant and cafe patios by the planters. So pedestrian traffic can move between the storefronts and patios.

It'll be amazing once the sites on the north side of Adelaide get developed. Hopefully, with equally as thoughtful architecture/public realm.
