The tallest U/C in Fredericton is currently the convention centre/office building at 6 floors. There are also a couple other five/six story buildings currently u/c including the Currie Centre on the UNB campus and condos on the north side of the river.

Convention Centre Webcam from city Website:

http://www.fredericton.ca/en/ConferenceCentreWebcam.asp

Currie Centre:

Southview Condos:

There are also two other proposed buildings likely to start in the near future, 8 floor office building downtown and a 7 floor apartment building also downtown.

Proposed Downtown office:

http://www.kdl.ca/site-plan-elevations-2
the building on the left is the one to be constructed (the one on the right already exists)

^Thanks for the updates.

Does anyone happen to have a building for Gatineau. It seems to be the only city left that I don't have info for.

There is this place: Place du Parc (it's been topped off, they're working on the interior)

There are a couple of 15 storey proposals floating around for Gatineau, but that's all they are.. proposals. The federal gov't is supposed to be building two new office towers in the city in the near future.. so far no solid details.

Also Bedford, EDC may not be the tallest U/C in Ottawa.. it might be Claridge Plaza II (someone would have to confirm, I think Claridge is 78 m, EDC 78.2)

Construction of The 834 started yesterday in Victoria - 14 floors; 41m (wow, eh? haha).

It would be our tallest under construction.

Louis-Bohème, Montreal's tallest U/C (October 28th), my photos.

I'm very mixed on this project.

The Louis-Bohème looks terrible. Hopefully the construction of that other condo-hotel tower begin soon so we can remove this horror from the list.

wow, i think the Louis-Bohème in montreal looks great.
we're full up to our ears with glass boxes in t.o. and i'd love a matte black/graphite building here. what's the paneling material? engineered 'stone', stucco panel?

^I disagree. Loved the rendering but the finished product so far ...mind you still a lot of cladding to go up ... looks like crap ... and if there is one thing Montreal doesn't need more of is sheer 20 storey walls of precast!

Oh well, if it wasn't for this one the tallest u/c in Montreal would be around 10 storeys.

That's just insulation. At least that will be covered up using that Grey-metallic coloured material on the corner in the 3rd picture. The best part of the building by far...

I believe that they are prefabricated concrete panels dyed "black" (if you want to call it that). Similar to what was used on the 400 Sherbrooke Ouest. Prefab panels are the big fad here lately. At least it's not the usual beige colour...

Most of us in Montreal are quite disappointed with the result... But it is the only tall building going up in the city...

The second tallest U/C in Montreal is going to be 15 floors I believe (on a streetcorner with glass 25+ storey office buildings). It also takes up a quarter of an empty lot. It's not much prettier:
