McMinsen, thank you for your tremendous ongoing contribution to the forum, particularly your photos and digging up renderings like these. It is very much appreciated.

It's going to be interesting watching this. From the bottom up there has been a solid wall in the underground separating the two. And I'm intrigued by the little building at the south end of the site. Residences? Amenity space?

One solid wall, or two adjacent solid walls?

It would be weird if there's a lot line down a single solid wall
- i.e. would that be an encroachment from the north, or an encroachment from the south?

Or is it really one large parcel, and there's a ground lease for one of the projects, with a demising line down the middle of that single concrete wall?

Good question. I had a look at my pics of the dividing wall but it's hard to tell if it's one or two walls. Maybe someone with some construction knowledge can tell by looking at the cropped pics below. The latest images are first.

Next time I'm over there I'll try to have a closer look.

Thanks.
The first shot suggests it may be 2 walls.
ASt the bottom/front of the pics there looks to be 2 bundles of rebar for columns,
which (I assume) would be one bundle in a single wall/column situation.

That's what I was thinking, re: the two sets of rebar. Also, I wonder if they use the white styrofoam (?) to separate the walls (3rd and 4th pics).

The larger building at the north end of the site (along Helmcken) is pretty well at grade now. The building to the south is still about one level down.

It looks like there's now an opening in the wall(s) between the two buildings. I had seen two solid walls (with styrofoam separating them) being built but it appears (starting at the 6th pic below) that there is a big opening. Maybe a driveway?

You can see the crooked/angled ledge taking shape.
