you can see Hotel Georgia (crane on the left) starting its climb up. The building on the right is Jameson House.

Nope, Patina is the new tower rising above its neighbours in the top left of the corner, Jameson is arguably the nicest looking tower u/c in Vancouver in the mid ground of the right of the the photo. Unfortunately it is just a little to short to make this list, but it really is a stunner.

That is a great pic and is one of my favorite angles of Vancouver. Skyline is looking great and Hotel Georgia at 157 m will fit in perfect in that photo when completed!

[Vancouver] The Georgia - 158M

As seen from the entrance of Vancouver City Centre SkyTrain station.

Taken by SFUVancouver, June 23rd, 2010.

Just as a refresher, the tower component of the project is mixed use with about 80,000ft2 of office up to the height of the adjacent Hotel Georigia and then the balance is condos.

I have to agree about Jameson House being pretty great. The tower is actually quite similar in program to The Georgia, in that about 75,000 ft2 of office makes up the first quarter of the tower and then it is condos above. The building is Foster and Partners' first residential high-rise in North America and was ahead of the pack as one of the city's first LEED Gold high-rises. It's unfortunate that the project languished on hold for a couple of years and I think that many Vancouver forumers would agree that we are genuinely a bit surprised that it is going ahead as-proposed. The building also features two heritage buildings at grade.

Where did they put the giant maple leaf? (That's where it was, right?)

...maybe it was moved to Ottawa in time for July 1st?

***Its not really topped off yet (mechanical roof) but the residential floors are done...

The views are practically the same as Panorama Lounge

totally loving that angle of festival! And now that the balconies are almost done! it looks sick from the back end!

That angle kinda reminds me of how MLS looks from behind..

Cool video of a guy base jumping from pinnacle towers while they were still under construction.

Only tower 4 is currently under construction at 157 Meters now.
