They do not need to expropiate any land between Oxford and Huron. Most property lines in Woodfeild, Old North and SoHo are right at people front step. It was set up sothere would be wide tree lined boulevards. If they can have six lanes along Wellington is SoHo witheffecting any buildings they can do that to Richmond between Oxford and Huron. It is Broughdale that no longer follow this layout, and the. BRT current is already effecting two list heritage properties with questionable value.
