Orange County Construction Update:

Here are a few shot I took yesterday of buildings under construction or recently completed:

Construction on Jamboree?

Skyline: Two towers under construction

Plaza Irvine: Two completed towers, one under construction

Central Park West: Two Towers under construction

Park Place Residential: Two Towers completed

Park Place Office Tower: Complete.
I really like this tower. It is hard to capture it on foot, however, when driving by on the 5 fwy or on Jamboree Rd, it really shines. I believe this is the only modern looking office tower that the OC received in this whole boom. There have been several other office towers built, but they all look like they were built last century.

From DTLA to DTOC(which I say is DT Santa Ana) is 35 minutes down the 5 freeway with no traffic. But... there is almost always traffic and when there is, Metrolink is faster (Union Station to Anaheim or Santa Ana). Santa Ana stops leaves you a 5 minute brisk walk to get to DTSA.
