Can anyone identify this building?

I originally thought this was the Ritz Tower in New York, but on closer inspection, it is not.

This was reposted, without attribution or identification, in a design blog, but I did trace it to photographer Moey Hoque at this link:

Alas, the photographer himself does not identify the building.

Maybe it is the one in fornt, the one with the clock and statue. That must be it, even I don;t know that building.

Vandelay is right. The skyscraper is the Woolworth Building. The smaller clock tower in the foreground is New York City Hall.

The Woolworth Building was the tallest building in the world when it was completed in 1913 (although the Eiffel Tower was taller), holding the title until the skyscraper race of 1929 and 1930; 40 Wall Street was the first to pass it. It would stay in the world top ten as late as 1968.

I was going to say "not knowing that building is grounds for permanent suspension from the board" but this guy is new so we can forgive him.
