And did they ever get the sidewalk issues around CP sorted out?

You can walk down Vic beside CP now, but still not down Albert.

They did at least add the walkway and regrade the ramp though.

I can understand his frustration. We, well I do, appreciate your comments thefourthtower and any of my negativity is never really directed at you or anyone else but at the lack of progress for what could have been a perception-changing development in Regina.

Regina can't force company to fill big Capital Pointe hole

Looks like we could be living with this hole for a while. Can we at least get access to all the lanes of Albert Street sometime? So if they can't do anything. What happens if they don't renew the development permit? Fortress sues the city for not allowing them to continue. Could that conceivably happen?
